Europe Internship Program
Internship Durations
Intern programs are available for 4 – 6 months.
New Application Requirements
» Age between 19-28 years
» Currently enrolled in 4 years university program pursuing Bachelor in Hotel Management
» Need to have 2nd year (4th Semester) Mark sheet and pursuing 3rd year (5th Semester) of study
» Upper Intermediate level of English
Monthly Stipend
The intern income ranges from € 450 to 800 EUR per month, depending on the company’s policy. Generally, weekly hours are approximately 40 hours per week; however, if the intern is asked to perform more than 40 hours per week, overtime payment will be provided.
Application process
» Upon deciding to apply for the program, the applicant should send his/her resume and/or fill out the online application form;
» If the applicant is found to be eligible for our programs, s/he is invited for a video interview;
» Applicants who pass the video interview and evaluation are then invited to complete an official application & pay registration;
» The placement process will begin for the official applicants, appear for the final interview with employer. Once the participant is secured a position, the offer letter, including the conditions such as hours per week, stipend, training plan, housing, etc., will be provided to the participant for review and signature;
» In addition to the placement agreement (between the intern and the host company), the intern will be asked to sign an agreement with Hotelinternship.net. You will receive some forms and documents for your Visa that you can apply in your country.

Visa Process
Interns participate in this program will be provided the visa guidance as per their program’s exact duration, each applicant must apply to the Consulate/Embassy individually. The ultimate decision to validate the visa belongs to the Consulate/Embassy.
Health Insurance
Health insurance for the intern is provided as part of the program and as per local Government and industrial regulation.
Housing
Usually the host company provides housing options at the intern’s expense. If the host company does not provide assistance for housing, we will provide assistance at no extra cost.
Professional Development (Training)
Interns usually receive professional training seminars conducted by their host companies. The interns are provided with a certificate at the end of the seminars, depending on the regular attendance and success.
Orientation
Prior to leaving, each participant is obligated to attend a mandatory online orientation provided. Several subjects are covered during the orientation, but the main topics are:
» General information about destination, such as living conditions, Food, life styles, cultural similarities & differences.
» General information about the host company and region or city
» Performance and behaviour expectations of the host company
» Responsibilities as an intern
Travel Arrangements
Interns are responsible for their own airfare; however, we determine the departure date. We can provide assistance in obtaining discounted airfares.
Ongoing Consultancy
We provides a continued advisory for the interns and the host companies along with its partner organizations as well. The ongoing intern program will be evaluated periodically, and each intern and host company will be asked to provide an evaluation.
